Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Elite Time Management & Productivity Training website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Efficiency, USA, without regard to conflict of laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Efficiency City. We reserve the right to modify terms with 30 days’ notice posted on this page.
Service Delivery & Limitations
Our productivity training programs are delivered as iterative consulting engagements. While we guarantee a structured methodology, individual results vary based on implementation fidelity. We are not liable for failure to achieve specific productivity metrics. All coaching sessions are recorded for quality assurance; recordings are confidential per our Privacy Policy. Clients must provide accurate information for audits; falsified data voids any implied outcomes.
- Intellectual Property: All materials, frameworks, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of Elite TM. Clients may use them internally but cannot resell or distribute.
- Payment Terms: Fees are due upon invoicing; late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest. Cancellations require 14 days written notice for full refund.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Elite TM’s total liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Clients indemnify Elite TM against claims arising from misuse of our materials or violation of these terms. Force majeure events beyond reasonable control may delay performance. All notices must be in writing to the registered address.
